SPARC was a pain clinic with deep expertise and effective science-backed programs, but it wasn’t reaching enough of the people who could benefit from its services. The clinic needed to raise its profile, explain its offerings in plain language, and connect with potential clients.
We developed a tailored content and branding strategy that positioned SPARC as both innovative and client-focused. That included a standalone website that shared SPARC’s mission and drove readers to sign up, a feature story series highlighting staff and new programs, a promotional social media campaign, and a printed pamphlet for distribution at events and primary care clinics.
