Driving impact and visibility with a strategic content campaign for ICAIR

Amplifying the International Conference on Aging, Innovation & Rehabilitation’s reach

Since the International Conference on Aging, Innovation and Rehabilitation (ICAIR) began three years ago, KITE Studio has led the content behind this marquee event that brings together over 500 scientists, researchers, and advocates for two days of speeches and competitions.

To promote the ICAIR, we developed a strategic content plan featuring 11 original stories, more than 55 social media posts, and coordinated sharing through research networks and universities across Canada and beyond. These highlighted ICAIR’s unique blend of science, advocacy, and innovation in an engaging, accessible way.

We also prepared speaking notes for key presenters to help ensure their messages were clear and aligned with the event’s themes. During the event, we captured and shared real-time quotes and photos on social media to amplify key messages and engage audiences beyond the room.

This integrated approach increased attendance, reinforced ICAIR’s messages and expanded its reach beyond the event itself.
