Building a dynamic event identity for ICAIR conference

Overview
KITE Studio led the design for ICAIR, building on momentum from previous years and creating a defined visual identity for this conference’s larger, more dynamic agenda. The KITE studio team, which also led the design of previous years’ ICAIR events, was brought back to evolve the look while maintaining continuity with the established ICAIR brand.
The Ask
ICAIR needed a refreshed visual identity for 2025. To promote the event, branding and design elements were required that the ICAIR team could use across both print and digital materials, including social media posts, newsletters and web stories. They were also used to create an engaging experience for attendees and to support the event on the day itself through posters, presentations, and more.
Exploration
We developed three to four visual directions for each year's edition, using different graphic elements, colours, and typography. To help compare and evaluate each option, the KITE Studio team mocked up how the designs could be used across key event materials, including the website, print pieces, and the event’s main presentation deck.

Deliverables & Impact
KITE Studio created a full suite of event branding and graphic design elements—including social media graphics, presentation visuals, and on‑site materials—that helped set the tone for the dynamic healthcare innovation conference. These assets were used across print and digital platforms to build momentum and engage a global audience of researchers, students, startups, sponsors, and investors.
We also produced a teaser video for ICAIR that combined the best of previous years, giving viewers a glimpse into the expert insights, networking opportunities and energy of the conference. It was a key component of the event’s digital marketing strategy, driving registration on the website and on social media.
